The Green Living Fair is hosted by Valhalla Wines.

Valhalla has been established with environmental sustainability as a core value of the business. We embrace natural farming methods in the vineyard, rainwater harvesting, a worm farm waste system, composting and use of recycled packaging.

The annual Green Living Fair is a free community event that showcases ways of living sustainably – on the land, in your home and with our food. With 2010 being the International Year of Biodiversity, the Fair will feature Biodiversity on all levels. Through our Exhibitors (20 +) including Landcare, local organic producers, alternative building methods, green energies and products. An information booth and free children's activities. This year our information sessions will be expanded and act as a forum for questions and answers with the opportunity to learn what you can do to make a difference locally eg. Permaculture. We will also once again be working with local schools to present the Green Living Art Exhibition and also hope to run a series of community art workshops.

With great food, entertainment and free children's activities, it promises to be a fun and informative day for the whole family.
