Lonsdale Reserve Master Plan Lonsdale Reserve is the primary recreation reserve in Mulwala and caters for a range of sporting groups, events and community activities. This plan will guide the future development of Lowe Square and was adopted by Council at its Ordinary Meeting on June 21, 2011. Corowa Riverfront Reserve Master Plan Council has completed a Master Plan for the Corowa Riverfront Precinct. This document has been adopted by Council and will be used to guide the future upgrade and management of this important area.
