To lodge a development application, an application form must be completed.

Application forms may be obtained by post or picked up at the Front Counter.

Three copies of the proposed work plan are required when the application is lodged, along with three copies of the site plan and the required fee as determined by Council staff. If the work is valued at over $25,000 Long Service Levy Payment will also need to be paid on lodgement which is currently 0.35% of the cost of the work.

The fee payable for the development application is calculated on the value of the work proposed. For any enquiries on lodgement of the development application or required fees, contact Environmental Services on 6033 8960.
