Library services are provided to the residents of Corowa Shire by the Upper Murray Regional Library.  There are branches at both Corowa and Mulwala.  Library assistance is available at Howlong, as well as the mobile library service.  The Mobile Library Service is available to the outlying communities of Balldale, Lowesdale and Daysdale.

Membership of the library is free.

Members may borrow and return at any branch or mobile service of the Upper Murray Regional Library.
