Cemeteries

Council has 5 cemeteries located within the Shire.

Corowa has a Lawn Cemetery & Pioneer Cemetery, Howlong has a Monumental Cemetery & Mulwala has a Lawn Cemetery & a monumental cemetery.

Corowa

The Corowa Pioneer Cemetery is the original cemetery & is located on Federation Avenue.

The Corowa Lawn Cemetery which is located on Cemetery Road (west of the township) includes a Columbarium Wall and Rose Garden.

Reservations are not available for these cemeteries.

Mulwala

The Mulwala Cemetery is located at 111 Lucan St (western side of Railway Line via Bayly St) & has a Lawn Cemetery, Columbarium Wall, Rose Garden & a Monumental Cemetery.

Howlong

The Howlong Cemetery is located on Ashford Road and overlooks the River Flats & Black Swan Lagoon. The Cemetery consists of a Pioneer Cemetery, a Monumental Cemetery & Presbytarian Cemetery. It has has a Columbrarium Wall.
