Tourism is a significant industry in Corowa Shire and its value and importance is demonstrated with the following overview statistics:

Corowa Shire Council supports the two local tourism industry associations in Corowa Shire being Corowa Shire Tourism and Yarrawonga Mulwala Tourism, with cash and in kind contributions. In addition, Council is a financial member of the newly established Murray Regional Tourism Board.
