Corowa Shire has experienced strong growth in recent years and many changes have occured in the demographic profile of the Shire's population.

The Australian Bureau of Statistics has available on its website www.abs.gov.au extensive demographic statistics regarding the make up of Corowa Shire and changes that have occured from the 1996 Census through to the most up to date Census of 2006. 

The Corowa Shire Community Profile for 2006 can be dowloaded from this website, however the ABS website provides additional functionality for ease of interpretation and manipulation of this data and includes at a township level from 1996 onwards.
